Folding Capabilities

Our in house NC controlled folding capabilities give the customer peace of mind, where customers used to sub contract folding and an error is made all kinds of issues can arise regarding material replacement.

In early 2018 Australian Metals expanded our folding capailities with the services of a megnabend 3200mm magnetic folder, this unit allows us to complete some unique bending options and provides us with additional capability to fold now upto 3.2m.

Using in house folding means Australian Metals can supply finished product at a fixed price with no risk to the customer.

Please note our folder is only used to manufacture with copper based alloys.

Our aim is to finish product to the highest of standards with quick turn around times.

Below is folded brass for a 2 part counter top bar with removable PVC to protect until installation is complete.
